Talent Management Research Paper:
A major responsibility of organizational leaders is to help ensure a robust leadership pipeline that produces high performers who get the right results, the right way.
A holistic strategic talent management plan offers one possible approach. This project will use current peer-reviewed academic research to detail best practices for talent management, provide a literature review on a specific area of talent management, and then succinctly summarize how an organizational leader, based on the literature review, should implement that specific area of talent management in an organization.
The paper must be 12 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman, written following APA guidelines, and consist of the following components:
Introduction
a) General overview of talent management
b) The need for effective talent management
Literature Review: overview, definition(s), best practices, & empirical support for a specific area of talent management
Summary: Based on the literature review, present an effective plan for implementing the specific area of talent management researched
