Case studYou have been hired as a consultant to implement a full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution called SAP at a business entity.  What are the steps you take in order to be successful?  Please focus on preplanning and procedural steps such as needs assessment as opposed to technical jargon and implementation.  Have your answers submitted as a 2 - 3 page double spaced document, or 6 - 8 slide powerpoint presentation.  Use of bullet points is okay, but there also needs to be sufficient narrative to explain bullets (in powerpoint this can be done in notes section), and bullets should be single spaced areas of the document.  Grading- Complete - 10 points, brief analysis of at least 3 areas from: hardware, software, people, processes, information, organization, structure, synchronization, function, and/or behavior - 30 points (ech of the three areas you pick, you should provide sufficient detail to warrant 10 points each), grammar, spelling, readibility, and presentation
