A dump truck is shown in the figure. The loaded container has a mass of 8000 Kg and may be modelled as a solid homogeneous block. The hydraulic cylinder applies a force of 300 kN to the container in the starting position shown. Calculate the initial angular acceleration of the container for the following conditions: 
a. if the truck is not moving, 
b. if the truck has a forward acceleration of 3 m/s2.
