While each of the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders 2015 is important for school leaders, of particular importance is Standard 10 - School Improvement, which focuses on the use of four basic types of data (demographic, student learning, perception, and school process) to guide school improvement.

A discussion of how the prioritized needs and opportunities could be communicated to stakeholders including the governing board, staff, and community at large.
