Even though as a whole the population has been moving in a healthier direction, everyone still has a sweet spot for cookies. Whether it be a snack, a dessert, or a treat on a cheat day from a diet, people are still eating sweets. Our cookies however are going to be targeted more towards women between the ages of 25 and 50. We believe that this will be the most successful target because this group tends to be the more health conscious. Because our cookies are differentiated through their thin and crispy look, it will not feel like you are eating so many calories in a thick chewy cookie. This will appeal to these women because there is not many products in the market that can fulfill their need of a healthier cookie.
