A 50 lb. weight is attached to the end of a 10 inch long beam (E=30*10^6 psi) which is 1 inch wide and 1/4 and inch deep and fixed at the other end (cantilever). Determine the natural frequency both for the horizontal and vertical directions. Neglect the mass of the beam.
