A 43-year - old mother of three comes to a physician's office with suspected breast cancer. Because she is located in a rural area with limited tertiary care, telemedicine is used to manage her diagnosis and treatment.

Discuss the legal and ethical issues that may arise with the care of this patient during diagnosis, ongoing treatment and follow-up.

Assume that the best consultants for this type of ccancer in a different state. How will you decide whom the film should go to?
