The spectrum below is the MSMS spectrum of an ion that the mass spectrometer measured as 354.2073Da. From the spacing of the isotopes in the MS1 scan, it was determined that the ion has a charge of 3+. Because the ion is multiply charged, it is a peptide.

1. What is the uncharged mass of the peptide? Show your working.

2. From the MSMS spectrum below, what is the amino acid sequence of the peptide?

3. Create a table showing the amino acid sequence and the b and y-ion fragment masses that indicate the sequence. You should be able to determine a complete y-series. The b-series will be incomplete. Also indicate any immonium ions that are present in the spectrum and the amino acids they represent.
