Core Values 

  • It is an all-out commitment in achieving the Company's goals and objectives and being totally involved in its varied business activities. It means being aligned with the company's vision and going the extra mile in doing one's job.

The team culture...

 • It means having a mindset of continuous improvement both for one's own development and for the company. 

  • It means having a long-term mindset in managing one's responsibilities both to the company and to its customers.

The values are strong because...

  • It is following the Company rules and regulations.
  • It is protecting the Company's image.

 • It means showing concern for the company and its employees, and not just on oneself. 

Strategy

All employees are required to read, understand, and abide with all the guidelines and policies that the company's provided and are encouraged to seek clarification with the Company's Human Resource Department is necessary to help them better understand and comply with its provisions. 

To achieve the objectives, the management are responsible to all of the Company's officers, managers, and supervisors are expected to exemplify understanding and compliance with the provisions of all the policies and guidelines.  Management shall ensure that all current employees know and understand everything that written on it.

Structure

The team is divided by HR, Operations department and Marketing department. 

The CEO or the directors are the one who handles all the department. He/she is at the top management, then all the managers, then the senior staffs and the staffs. 

By following all the policies and guidelines, all the staffs do their work based on it and their job description then the top management do the final decision.

We are practicing the democratic system where every employee may decide and can suggest to every action needed. 

Everyone may hear each side. 

We have the guidelines and policies and all the work may view online. 

Guidelines is really helping us to keep on track and to be transparent within our duties and responsibilities. 

Leadership Style

Since we practice democratic system, leadership style is align with it. 

The leaders/heads is really have time to hear all the employees side before coming up to a decision. 

The democratic leadership style is really helping and effective in boosting the morale of all the employees. This is helping us to get the low rate of attrition. For this, the employee is intent to stay because they feel valued. 

In this kind of leadership, the employees are all cooperative. WE are really working as one to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.

Staff 

As of date, we don't new staffs because all the position in the organization chart is filled already and the employees are with the company for almost a year. 

There is no gaps as of the moment. 

Skills

Team work is the strongest skills that helps the company. 

There is no skills gap.

All the team is doing well. 

All the team members are able to do its job. 

When the organization is having the policies and guidelines and all the employees feel valued all of the objectives within the organization is really attainable. We all know that is not really easy to achieve the company's goals but when there are team work all of it will be paid off at the right time.
