Experience of a lifetime
This is your dream event / experience.
And your second project. Some of you will have already begun to open up about in your first project. It is often inevitable. Here you are being given a chance to design and pitch ‘a hospitality experience of a lifetime'. Now what you design is entirely up to you. No budgetary limits but try not to be capital heavy. Don't wreck the environment either. And hey don't be like 'Fyre'. Many of you have experience doing this kind of stuff already. So let's build on that and also add to your skill set and capability to do it well. Let's tighten up any holes in your game here.
The Fineprint
• This is an individual assignment. That has two components
• A written component and a pitch / presentation component.
• Let's set the maximum word limit of the written component at 1000 words.
• And the time limit for the pitch / presentation component at 3 minutes.
• I don't care what referencing system / format you use. I just want you to reference (in-text and, a full list at the end of your doc, and drop names in your pitch too).
• This assignment is worth 30% (written component = 10% presentation component = 20%).
• And the due date is 9 Dec 21 (midnight)

There is a lot to think about. One of which is related to your first project. Keep that in mind. In the first project you will essentially detail a philosophy - a deeply personal approach - to how you will go about your work and life. To not embed that into your own event / experience would be a massively missed opportunity. There is a lot to think about when planning events and experiences. We will talk about together. But don't get bogged down with that at the start of this project. Focus on your idea. If you had the chance - and nothing holding you back - to create whatever experience you wish - what would it be?
