Module Learning Outcomes -

Task - Using the feedback you received for CW1 on this Module, you are now required to make good the Project Business Report you submitted. Your report must include (in the minimum) references to two journal papers and two notable Project Management textbooks.

The report must have valuable contents that reflect understanding of the subject matter because your client, eStable Engineering Ltd, expects a professionally written and very well presented report for the SMT.

Below summarises the minimum requirements of the report -

1. PMM Timeline Infographics - A timeline of at least 10 key project management methodologies (PMMs) presented as an infographics.

2. PMM Literature Review - Systematic review and critical analysis of extant literature on PMMs using multiple sources (including two journal papers and two notable Project Management textbooks).

3. PMM Selection - Informed justification and recommendation of a PMM selected for implementation in the organisation. Such selection must exclude Agile PM.

4. PMM Implementation Roadmap - Create detailed practical steps/ actions needed to implement the selected PMM. Critically assess the business change and process improvement required to embed the selected PMM into the organisation. The roadmap must align with the organisation's business.

5. PMM Implementation Success Measurement - Create and discuss the success criteria against which the PMM implementation will be monitored and assessed.

6. Report Structure & Presentation - Logically structured and well-written practical business report produced in professional format. The report must include persuasive and sophisticated arguments that apply critical thinking to generate original ideas.
