Assignment Overview
Your client, Ooredoo, Oman, LLC is a major internet service provider considering the acquisition of Renna, a rival internet service provider. Currently, Ooredoo, Oman company has various ISP (Internet Service Provider) subscriptions options.
Ooredoo Oman is now seeking to add a additional title to its portfolio and is considering various options available through acquisition of Renna, Oman.
Your Role
As lead consultant, you must provide a comprehensive report assessing the available options open to Ooredoo, Oman's senior management team.
This includes TWO possibilities: acquisition of Renna or the decision not to make an acquisition. Your report must provide an analysis of each option, a comparative analysis, a recommendation and a justification for the recommendation.
Your recommendation must give consideration to:
(i) Potential Revenue of each option
(ii) the additional rebrand and re-launch expense of 10-20% of projected revenue if an acquisition is made
How any decision impacts on the current portfolio of Ooredoo, Oman.
Your report must include the following sections

5. Single Page Decision Tree showing the options available to Ooredoo, Oman
6. Analysis of each option available to Ooredoo, Oman, showing calculations made.
7. Comparative Analysis of all acquisition options including Re-launch expenditure set at 10%, 15% and 20% of Projected Revenue.
8. Quantitative Data Analytics, that may be used for decision making.
9. Your Recommendation with Full Justification.
10. Reflection documenting "what" you did, "how" you did this and "why" you thought thiswas necessary.
Task Information
There are many potential acquisitions such as
• New customer promotions
• Plans
• Services
that Ooredoo, Oman can make. You must provide an analysisfor each of the options and make a recommendation for minimum three acquisition. You can also make a recommendation not to acquire any of the available options.
You can also evaluate various criteria such as Market Size, Oman Populations, Target Customers, Projected Sales, Projected Revenue Generations, Competitors and their shares etc.
Quantitative Data Analytics used for decision making can be demonstrated using random data, open data or data based on assumptions. You can also take the help of random data generated using sample questionnaire. Usage of relevant statistical tests and interpretation of results expected.
