Scene photography The scene has been fully recorded photographically and all items of evidence recovered have been photographed in situ..
Wide views are overlapped and mid range views link relevant items as necessary and show numbered evidence markers.
Close up views use scales where necessary and show the same area after items have been removed for packaging.
Very close up views to record fine detail have been taken with the 60mm macro lens.

Instructions
Use any camera equipment you have at home to take some "scene" photographs.
Critically analyse 2 examples of wide room (4 corners) photography that you have taken.
Critically analyse 2 examples of mid-range photography that you have taken.
Critically analyse 2 examples of close-up/macro photography that you have taken.
During the crime scene practice you will be asked to complete a photographic log. Complete the following log for your images above. An example is given in the first row. Give your photographs reference numbers (Your initials/Order photograph was taken).
If your photograph shows a crime scene marker number (you should note that in the description).
In your physical crime scene practice you can batch photographs together e.g. ELC/001-ELC010 - Overview of the lounge floor from each corner of the room.
