You are a senior Human Resource Officer in a company with two hundred employees. It is a relatively flat organization with three levels of managers: the CEO, four Divisional Heads, and twelve Unit Supervisors. Within each unit there are technical, administrative/clerical, and professional staff. The CEO wishes to enhance the company's Performance Management system. He asked that you should prepare a document explaining the following to the Board of Directors:
