Learning Outcome 1: Relate the notion of "employability" to own career ambitions and illustrate the important factors that relate to being employable for future work contexts

Assignment content:
Your end of course assignment should be constructed as a reflective summary with a timeline of key events supported by a critical review of your current skills and future skills development needs. You must make sure you add references into your reflective summary, drawn from the wide range of literature on global citizenship and graduate skills.
Part 1: Key events from level 4 study year
• audit of your year 1 development. Drawing from your first year Professional Practice Module (124LON), you will be expected to use your year 1 personal development portfolio to help you reflect on:
• your VAK Questionnaire and feedback and how it helped inform your development plans
• what you learnt about yourself when working independently and with others in year 1
• how your academic, critical thinking, team working, personal and presentation skills have developed during year 1
• how knowing more about your style helps your learning and development
• if you are joining the course in year 2, please consider what you know about yourself in the context of the above skills, and how you know what you know.
Part 2:
• your reflection on the key skills a global society needs
• assessment of your global citizenship and graduate skills and your plans to improve them
• a personal plan to continue to develop yourself in your final year
• examples of activities you have participated in during your term of study including online networking events, discussion forums, industry talks
