- You are required to write a report about your innovative ICT tool/application and how it can enhance the health and safety of global tourism industry.
- Your report must emphasize how the ICT tool/application can protect the welfare and safety of the tourism industry and can enhance traditional business models in the current days using the following format:

a. Cover Page - it includes the module name, title, student name, student ID,
b. Introduction -the purpose and objectives of the innovative idea with the use of the ICT Tool.
c. Process - flow of the proposed concept and what specific ICT tool/application be utilized.
d. Challenges - risks, challenges, and disadvantages that will be faced when creating and implementing the ICT Tool in Tourism Industry.
e. Benefits - the advantages and benefits that will be brought about by the ICT Tool to Tourism Industry
f. References - it includes the sources, journals, books, magazine, internet websites that are used as basis of the innovative idea.

Word limit: 1500 - 2000

• General Instructions:

1. Title page, tables, diagrams and references must be included.

2. Use the prescribed format: font - Calibri or Arial, font size 12 and 1.5 spacing; margins - left 1.25, top, bottom and right: 1.0

3. You are required to use academic references to support your work (Minimum 6).

4. Harvard referencing must be used.

5. Your assignment should be submitted through Moodle latest on Thursday November 26, 2020 (week 9). Read sections on Assignment Submission and Late Submission in the OTC Undergraduate Student Handbook for details).

6. The assignment must be structured as follows: Cover Page, Introduction, Process, Challenges, Benefits, and References.

7. The use of unfair means in any form is unacceptable and will be dealt with strictly. You must read the sections on Academic Offenses in the OTC Undergraduate Student Handbook.

8. The word limit does not include the title page, table of contents, abstract, tables, diagrams, references and appendices. 10 % higher or lower from the prescribed word limit is acceptable. However, you should note the following with regard to word count regulations.
