Implications for the Problem2.1 Theoretical ImplicationsThe theoretical implications focuses on the internal commitment of the employees in thehotels as a key point, the moral of the employees and it cannot provide effective external normsin long terms (HUI CHEI, CUI YEE, POOI MEN, & LOO BEE, 2014). 2.2Practical ImplicationsPractical implications is the reality and it occurs if the conditions are fulfilled. The actualresults are called as practical. Implications is the connection between the output and the existingcondition. For example, if the experiment is conducted by the analysts, the collected data willhave practical implication which determines the effectiveness of the specific remedies. Practicalimplications reveals the practical applications for future reference. Hence it should be valuable toexamine the images of society constructs. It address different groups. Determination of practicalimplications with options will help to decide the results. Thus, it is determined that the main implications of this study is that, the primarilyconsidered explanatory model could act as a productive framework. This will help in studyingthe factors which influence the performance of the employees in depth (HUI CHEI, CUI YEE,POOI MEN, & LOO BEE, 2014).16 2.3Managerial ImplicationsBased on the major findings of each company (Hilton, Accor, Marriott andInterContinental group), the administration needs to concentrate on working environment of theircompanies and job security and career growth of their employees. Hence, the aboveconsideration will help to improve the administration progress.Working EnvironmentPhysical working environment, teamwork, administrative perspective toward employeesand quality of work are involved in the working environment. The employees need to create aneffective work connection and good teamwork to attain the objectives of administration. It isdetermined that the teamwork amongst the employees and associates is very essential, rather thangetting supports from their management for all the four companies. Because, teamwork helps anadministration to create mutual and clear vision of what its employees are attempting to produce. In addition, team members identify the working challenges and difficulties faced by theemployees. Therefore, the administrations of all the four companies should try to rectify themand figure out how to work together (YIN et al., 2012).Based on the employees’ reviews, Hilton, Accor and Intercontinental groups offers greatworking environments for its employees to work peacefully and also helps them to think of newideas. In the Marriot Company, there is difference in valuing the employees’ opinion. 2.4RecommendationsThe recommended strategy for the improvement and reduction of the issues is that thestaff practice must be changed towards reducing the waste and the resources conserved.Improving the end use of efficiency. Investing in the costly equipment of energy systems. EMSimplementation for gaining more improvement. Establish a partnership from outside the industryto green the chain (Meade, 2017).17 2.5LimitationsHotel industries have many disadvantages that are listed below, not reducing the wasteand not conserving the resources. The following are the limitations (Meade, 2017):? Not improving the end use efficiency. ? Not investing in cost-effective renewable energy systems. ? No implementation for the energy management system. ? No establishment on the outside fence partnerships there are lot of turnover, need moretraining for the new employees for several times.? Problems that are beyond your control, must have answers.? When some of the employees are unwell, it is required to keep a substitute for him. ? Every worker should be calm when they encounter with the rude visitors.ReferencesHUI CHEI, C., CUI YEE, H., POOI MEN, L., & LOO BEE, L. (2014). FACTORS AFFECTEMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE IN HOTEL INDUSTRY.
