The XYZ Hypermarket has their headoffice in Muscat. In addition to the above discussion, the concerned Hypermarket wished tospread its branches as new stores in Nizwa, Sur along with Sohar. Therefore, in addition to theabove discussion, there are several issues faced by the Chief Information Officer of XYZ Group. However, these issues further comprised of the management of time, application of modernsoftware, time scale, time frame requirements and other such implications that were creatingbarriers in order to link the new setup branch with the main head office at Muscat. Thefollowing management of the project deals with the identification of the issues faced in orderto set the new branch of XYZ Hypermarket in the above mentioned cities. Thus, the informationcollected in the following proposal plan deals mainly with the issues that may rise formaintaining the stability of interconnection between the sub branch and the head office of XYZHypermarket. The requirements of specified interconnected networks have been furtherdiscussed for the mitigation of the identified risks of the management project. Feasible factors for accessing the projectAs indicated by Artto et al. (2016), every project cannot be made accessed completely, thusthere must be certain factors mentioned that would further help the project to stand stable forthe process of completion. Therefore, for the concerned project management of XYZHypermarket in the cities of Nizwa, Sur along with the Sohar, the factors that furthercontributes for the feasible access deals with the following factors. The availability of therequired resources must be present; there must be ample number of manpower that can befurther applied to the setup planning of the sub branches of XZY Hypermarket. In addition tothe above factors, the resources that are further applied for managing the interconnection withthe head office proves that the concerned project can be accessed if the above mentioned twokey elements are present in the management faculties in order to develop and gain a qualityresult.Page 3 of 20 Scope of the stakeholders involved in the projectThe scope of proposed project deals with the efforts that would be made in order tomanagement the new setup of the sub branches of the XZY Hypermarket in the cities of Sur,Sohar and Nizwa. As the project management evolves round the setup made for new stores, therefore, this setup further involves the collaboration of different stakeholders. However, asindicated by Hiltunen and Henttonen (2016), the stakeholders are the persons responsible forcreating or setting up a new foundation for the benefit of the concerned organisation for theirfuture benefits. The scope marked for the concerned setup project deals with the systems team that must beable to monitor different systems from the head office at Muscat. That would further deal withthe possibilities for managing and controlling activities from one head office rather than visitingthe cub branches personally for solving the raised issues. It must be noted that thestakeholders are basically divided in two groups, one dealing with the construction and relatedissues, whereas the other deals with the efforts for making the network connections smoothbetween the head office and the sub office. Therefore, in order to keep the flow of the networkconnections, different stakeholders are involved. The Construction Stakeholders are furthermarked to be the following: Page 4 of 20 "
