Therefore there are certain recommendations proposed in this report inorder to present a complete embodiment for a proper risk management and procurementmanagement plan for the organisations. These recommendations are outlined below:? The project could have been completed more succinctly and precisely if there weregreater time intervals and the project did not involve any time constraint. ? The information resource for the project on Shane Co. was limited as the company didnot reveal much information on the Websites and internet. Therefore a proper link tocompany?s management should have been a great support for the completion andsubmission of the project.? The organisations should consider resource planning and risk management as the twoimportant facets of the project management.
