  • "QUANTUM PHYSICS1ACooperativity is a phenomenon shown by enzymes or receptors having multiple binding sites where theaffinity of binding site for a ligand is augmented ie positive cooperativity, or decrease,ie negativecooperativityupon binding of ligands to a binding site.Negative Cooperativity is defined as bindining of ligand to the protein as a result the affinity of theprotein for the ligand will decrease thus formation of product is regulated. An example is therelationship between enzyme glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and glyceraldehyde-3- phosphate.Negative Cooperativity was noticed in CTP synthetase, an allosteric enzyme that contains a site ofcontrol. So, the same enzyme displays negative cooperativity for GTP (an effector) and glutamine (asubstrate) and positive cooperativity for ATP and UTP (both substrates). Michaleis menton equation2A Quantum physics is a branch of science which is in charge of separated, indivisible units of energy calledquanta as represents according to Quantum Theory. The fundamental biological processes which implicate the conversion of energy in forms which areuseful for chemical transformations are carried by quantum physics in its nature. These processesimplicate chemical reactions themselves, absorptionnof light, production of excited electronic states, transfer of energy of excitation, transfer of electrons and protons, etc. Other biological processes, by egthe orientation of birds in the magnetic field of Earth, were also suggested to demand the quantumphysics.3A A wavefunction is a function representing the probability of finding the quantum state of a particle as afunction of position, speed, time, and spin.2The square of the function of sign? , has physical significance, as it describe probability of finding theparticle by a specific wave function of specific sign ? in a given point and in time are proportional to thevalue of ?2.4A1. The particle in the ID box provides simplest solution to schrodingers wave equation.2. The particle is free to move in a small space encircled by the impenetrable barriers.3. The particle will move to positive energy levels and will not have zero energy and they cannot bedetected at spatial nodes "
