  • "The photographic analysis techniques allow a detailed quantitative assessments ormeasurement of the craniofacial morphology. These craniofacial photographic assessmentsseem to capture numerous risks factors relevant to the OSA inclusive of the skeletalrestriction, regional adiposity plus obesity. Aim The main aim of the research study is to develop models on the basis of the craniofacialphotographic analysis in order to predict of the Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). To developthe algorithms for extracting automatically 2D plus 3D craniofacial characteristics featuresthat probably phenotype Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Besides this, to developcharacteristic features selection plus classification algorithms to forecast OSA. The diagnosisof the Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), which is considered as one of the most commonsleeping disorders presents an important issue to global health care system. Hence, the newmodel will be useful in this matter.Obstructive Sleep Apnea The Obstructive Sleep Apnea is defined as a very common disorder which is associated withthe activities such as snoring, oxygen desaturation, the repetitive collapse of the upper airwayand the sleep fragmentation. It is defining the increment of the morbidity of thecardiovascular organs and also the motor vehicle accidents risks (Riha, 2007). The diagnosisof the OSA is essential as the need for the special assessment is essential for monitoring thesleeping activities which is found in the sleep laboratory. The expensive, labour intensive andthe limited resource workings can be easily recognized by showing the recognition of thelowering of the community activities as per the analysis is being presented. The majority ofthe patients are still now suffering this OSA as they are not properly diagnosed by thespecialists. The critical clinical need is used for the development of the methods for targetingto improve the process of the recognition and the diagnosis in the community of OSA. 3 | P a g e Figure: Obstructive Sleep ApneaThe prediction algorithms have been integrated for the specification of the risks, and also thescreening of the subjects can be properly conducted for OSA. The algorithms are mainlybased on the data which are the symptoms, demographics, measures of the obesity and thepatient demographics. The analysis of the major risk factor is being made while the detectionof the obesity is considered in the OSA and the craniofacial morphology is also recognized tobe increasing as it is determined as a factor in the pathogenesis of the OSA (Richardson andFriedman, 2007). The craniofacial risk factors or the intraoral risk factors are included in theform of the minority of the OSA as per the presentation of the algorithms are made. Therelation of the impractical nature is being included currently as per the availability of thecraniofacial assessments techniques are conducted. It simply avoids the clinical algorithmswith showing the complexities in the some of the measurement techniques as per the limit ofthe routine is used in the clinical diagnosis of the OSA. This is simply analysing thedevelopment of the photographic analysis technique for the measurement of the detailedquantitative assessments as per the morphology of the craniofacial is considered (Lapworth4 | P a g e and Cook, 2013). The craniofacial photographic measurements are considered in the form ofshowing the viewing of the appearance for capturing the number of the risks factors asinvolved in this disease. The craniofacial photographic measurements appears with definingthe skeletal restrictions, regional adiposity and also the obesity is being seen. Figure: Practice Guidelines of the Obstructive Sleep Apnea This technique is used for the number of the clinical and the research applications which isalso determined to be part of the epidemiological research. This is defining the appropriatehypothesis of the craniofacial photographic analysis and also the usefulness of this techniqueis being predicted in the OSA. This is simply defining the initial aim of the study and also thedevelopment of the prediction model is defined to be showing the craniofacial photographicassessments. The predictions are appropriately presented in the form of comparing the results5 | P a g e "
