The company’s sales are affected in variousterritories in UAE due to the ineffective and casual attitude of the export sales manager(Cavender & Kincade, 2014). The inefficiency of manager to assess the activities of thecompetitors and deals with the customers expectation affected the sales of Louis Vuitton. Roles of the export marketing manager? Selection and training of the work forces and developing of goals and objectives forrevenue and sales of all export activities?
