However, the issue is that they are not given any kind of specialtraining where they are made to learn the policies of facing clever suppliers and bossy customers.Sam and Alex would be taken to a market full of suppliers and would be asked to negotiate withthem to sell a product at a comparatively lower price. This activity would be done for a week and then on rotation basis, they would be taken tocustomers and would be asked to sell the same product. In this manner, they both will learn howto communicate effectively with others and how to convince them through words andexpressions. They both would be asked to watch movies and documentaries to learn Workplace Communication Systems 11communication way of perfect salesman. This activity would be highly beneficial because anylearning through visuals and audios is more effective. "
