While every organisation has its very own organisational behaviour (OB)but specifically for Sheng Siong, a Singapore-based chain supermarket retailer, employees areone of its main assets supporting its business operations and therefore the company cannotafford to mistreat or neglect them (Appendix 1: About Sheng Siong). 2.0 Objective to analyse the impact of leadership style on individual employeesThe objective of this assignment is to study how differing leadership style and behaviour willaffect, in a positive or negative manner, the motivations of individual employees. Theconvenient framework of analysis (Mullins, 2013) shown below in figure 1 is a framework thatcaptures and summarises the various interrelated aspects of OB. In order for any organisationto succeed, managers had to interact with its people to carry out the supposed activities tosupport the organisation’s purpose, amongst the organisational context and the effects ofboth internal and external environmental influences.Figure 1: Organisational behaviour, a convenient framework of analysis (Mullins, 2013)Student ID: 1527042/12 "
