In the contemporary fast tracking world time plays a significant role in definingthe operational efficiency for every business entity. In this context, it has been evident thatthe Indagine Surveyors have a very backdated and slow processing system in their business.This slow operational process not only hinders the customer satisfaction as well as growth ofthe entire organization. The following section is focused on providing detailed understandingon the Indagine Surveyors’ operational process and the outcome as well. It is also able todepict the business process of the current as well as intended operational process in aneffective manner.Part AThe following chart effectively depicts the amount of revenue collected by eachdepartment in the year of 2015. It has been observed that the health department has collected$81.80, while Roads Department collected $1075.30. The Building Department has collectedthe maximum amount of revenue around $1288.90. The diagramshows the slow roundabout process of permit application. It shows that the applicant has tochange numerous times after the receiving the rejection from each department. Unlike previous process, Permit Office Clerk will send the application to eachdepartment at the same time. After reviewing the legitimacy of the application, eachdepartment will report their approval approximately same time. The parallel process willbenefit the applicant in terms of short time for receiving permit. Additionally, the applicantalso has to change his application form only one time based on all of the departments’ "
