The nurse discusses the report of thepatient with the doctor about the patient’s medical reports. Further, the doctor communicates with theclient and gives the appointment to meet him. In-between this process, the distance and the time alsocalculated as below:3 The above process also extends the PDCA cycle. The distance and time management also planned byusing PDCA cycle. The above process mention the cardiac Cath Lab distance calculation from variousplaces of the hospital. This time measurement process is used to provide the time saving for doctors andpatients. By this process, patient will be happy with the management of the hospital. The distance andtime is calculated by walking and also through elevator.
