There are several others tour operatorswho provide excellent accommodation facilities to its tourists so in order to cope up with themarket demand TUI Group has also focused on providing better accommodation facilities.Betterment in the quality of services: There is a lot of competition in tourism business for TUIGroup. This competition affects the tourism demand so TUI Group has emphasised on providinga better quality of services so that it is able to cope up with the demand of tourism through itssupply of products and services (Ridderstaat and Croes, 2015).A variety of products and services: Tourism demand is affected by a variety of products andservices because tourists attract towards variety. In order to meet the expectations of its tourists,16 TUI Group has focused on providing variety of products and services in order to maintain thetourism demand. Adaptation of new technology and innovations: TUI Group has adopted new technology andinnovations in its products because it is the technology which affects the demand for tourism.Those who are providing the products and services as per latest technology are able to meet therequirements of tourism in this market. Hence with a view to maintaining its demand in themarket, TUI Group has also focused on implementing new technologies and innovations in itsproducts and services (Roy, et. al., 2016).Focus on sustainability: TUI Group has focused more on sustainability in tourism throughthesupply of sustainable products and services with a view to attracting visitors towards itthrough maintaining the tourism demand and supply of products as per the demand of visitors.ConclusionThis report has provided the description of certain factors that are affecting the tourism demandin the current demand. It is essential for tour operators to meet the demand of tourism for growthand success of their business. In regard to this TUI Group has changed its supply of products tomeet the tourism demand. The changes which are made by TUI Group in its supply has also beenexplained in this report. 17 Task 4IntroductionThis report is relating to evaluating the impact of products of TUI Group on various sectors ofTurkey and Thailand. This report has provided a brief description of all those impacts on certainareas.
