"13. Recommendations letter to CEO This document contains the proposal for developing the rental website for searching the roomavailability in a particular city or area. Generally, the searching of room availability is difficult to findin a particular place and favorable rent as customer wants. So, the application requires to develop thedetails such as, about the room availability in a particular place, then the number of peopleaccommodating the room and rent details. The development of this application is done using thescripting language (JSP). It is a server side scripting language. So, it is used to maintain the databasewith the data manipulation on the server. This server side scripting language is used to provideresponse to the client's request in the web development process. The room rental application alsocontains the page as users (broker) login to update the room availability details in the website. Also,the application provides the link for the viewer (customer) to enquire the property details. Through thislink, the viewer provides their details so the viewer's information is collected from the enquiry link.The overall mission of this project proposal is the development of the web application for the viewersto find the favorable place that they wish to stay in.The main goals of this proposal are as follows:? Creating the flexible web page, where the viewer can easily see the details of the roomavailability. ? Creating the module to help the viewer to easily provide more details about the propertyas they wish. Also, they can enquire about the particular property with their contactdetails.? Creating the web page for the user (broker) to allow them to login and update the newavailable rooms or property details. ? Also to create the web page for the new user (new broker) to sign-up the website andupdate the new available rooms or the property details.The main goal of this proposal is to create a web application using the server side scripting language.Where, all the database is maintained on the server. Also, the request of each client gets the responseby the serverThis web application provides the service as the viewers can easily find out the availability ofrooms or property as they wish to stay in. Using the scripting language provides, the analysis servicewhich is XML. It consists of two languages. They are Data Definition Language (DDL) and commandlanguage. The DDL represents the instance of an analysis service. Also, it represents the databaseobjects which contain the analysis service instances. The command language is used to send thecommands to an instance. The commands in the database are create, alter, process, etc. This application is completed by using the script language (JSP). It provides theimplementation of application on the server. The database is maintained and manipulated on the serverusing the scripting language. The project is completed within one month.
