One of the most frequent and ever concerning issues is that of supply of labor.When given system is not capable of providing adequate and constant supply of labor due toany stringent or unwanted rules that are applicable to the concerned department. This makesthe HR department to recruit using outside sources which is expensive. There are alsochances that HR policies of the organization leads to over supply as there are more thanrequired recruits which increases the overhead cost.
