This can be very interesting to start with and you can be a good teacher aswell by teaching them words from your own language. The foreign students may be finding itdifficult to adjust in the new country and you can help them by teaching few customarywords to start with (Martinolich, 2012). Learn New Culture: Every country has their own set of beliefs and culture. The roommatefrom other country will bring in a new culture with him. For example, Asians give small giftswhen they get to meet new people. This shows their regard and tradition. A different cultureshows the different perspectives of life in many day to day activities. It also shows howrelationships are maintained in their country (Martinolich, 2012).New Things Every Day: There will be something new for most of the days. Sometimes, itmay be a new game or a new trend. It can also be new snacks or other dishes. You can learnthe problem solving technique followed in the other country. Or you can learn their coursestructure and how it is different from yours. All in all, you will find a new perspective in mostof your routine things (Alison, 2009).
