The Company is alsothe second largest retail supermarket chain in New Zealand in terms of revenue. The companyoffers wide range retail products including food products, clothing, grocery products, electronicproducts, home appliances, furniture, petrol, hotels and gambling services, liquor and generalmerchandise services. Customers play the central role of any business organization. Thecompany ensures its services for different levels of customers including businessman, familyoriented, young customers and aged customers across the countries where it is operated. Theretail supermarket has introduced different loyalty program from its valuable potentialcustomers. The loyal customers can get different types of seasonal discount, monsoon offer andholiday offers which maintains the long term satisfaction with the customers.
