Instead of irrational thinking, Sara must concentrateon cultivating positive feelings such as compassion, kindness, and love so that her negativeemotions cannot take over her regular activities(Savukoski, Määttä, and Uusiautti, 2012).Researchers have shown that positive thinking can increase the happiness of human beings.As far as psychological perspective, Sara needs to follow definite habits to ensure positivitythat can help her to break the negative pattern and feel more control of her life. First of all,Sara must prepare a positive environment surrounding her building new habits to break thenegative thoughts. The new environment should include positive people as the mindset ofactive people can affect in a positive order on Sara. Therefore, the trick to building a positiveenvironment is to ensure encouraging habits adequate for a positive mindset. Secondly, itwould be better to add small moments in life to make it a memorable one. Realizing theimportance of good practices, positive habits can lead to positive thinking. Thirdly, in orderto break the shackles of the negative pattern, Sara needs to make a note of the best ideas anddaily reflections of constructive instants. Such regular activates can improve positivity toadmire every situation of life(Brown, 2009). Last but not the least, meditating must beconsidered to improve mindfulness and affirmative thinking towards life. After establishingmany sessions of meditation, Sara can feel the change to get more active in her regular life. Inthis way, Sara can improve her stressed life and concentrate more on her study.Question 2Time management is one of the essential ways to live a better life. It is important to prepare aschedule that can help in managing time in daily working life. Sara needs to develop a studyschedule and work schedule that will help her to complete her required activities in time andrelax to have a fresh mind for further works. While creating a study plan, it is important toconsider other daily activities of life. Allocating time for each assessment and subject isimportant. Naturally, a student must give 20 hours every week to his studies to seek successin the examinations (James, 2005). The tenure may increase during the time of examinations.Devoting 2 hours minimum for your studies every day is important. It is important to take tenminutes break after fifty minutes of study. It is important to plan what you need to study inthe allocated time.
