As she was also suffering from Anxiety, I have to explain herabout the change in medication using communication principles. I have to discuss self- management concepts, two different types of technology related to patient-centered care duringher discharge procedure to home. I have to analyze why she is reluctant towards the advancedcare planning and advanced care directives before her discharge. I have to share the ethical andlegal principles of advanced health directive as well with her.After getting the medical history of Ms. Moly, I would recommend her to takeCorticosteroids in Inhalation dosage form. They are considered as the foremost beneficial drugsfor the treatment of patients suffering from diabetes and COPD (Herth F.J.F, 2015). Inhalationform will reduce the frequency of COPD exacerbations when compared with placebo in somestudies. They are recommended as compared to oral dosage form because they have fewer sideeffects for long-term treatment of COPD (Dhruti Pandya, 2014).
