Cholesterol:The cholesterol is a kind of a waxy substance that results in ending up of the walls of the arteries.It results in causing of the various kinds of the diseases such as the heart strokes and the attacks.There is a need and he requirement to take diet that doesn’t result sin high cholesterol. Theindividuals are required to take balanced and the healthy diet for he purpose of maintaining ofthe health. Dietary factors effecting blood cholesterol:There are various factors of dietary and in relation to the factors effect the cholesterol of theblood. There is a requirement for each and every individual to take balanced diet and also tomaintain the level of the blood cholesterol in the human body (DiMarco, et. al., 2017). The highblood cholesterol and also the high LDL are the risk factors for the various kind of the diseasesuch as cardiovascular disease. The various dietary factors involves the Saturated fat, the inexcess calories, the trans fat which leads to causing of the increase in the high cholesterol and itindicates nota good sign for the health of the human body. The food which contains the saturatedfat, trans fat and the calories are beef, pork, cream, milk, cheeses, butter, coconut oil any manyother. Saturated fat:The word saturated involves the combination or the chemical formulation of the fats that isinvolved in the consumption of some food items. The food product, which contains a largeamount of the saturated fat, is butter and the product, which covers a very low amount of thesaturated fat, is oil as compared to the butter (Jurado -Ruiz, et. al., 2017). The food that covers alarge saturated fat involves the beef, meat, cheese, dairy products and some other food products.2 There is a requirement to control the consumption of the food items having a large number of thesaturated fat. Trans fat:The word trans means that there is a presence of the chemical structure of the various unsaturatedfats and when there is an addition of the hydrogen in order to make them firm and soft. Thefoods such as the snacks, cookies and other baked foods have high trans fats that affects the levelof the cholesterol in he body of an individual (Wang, et. al., 2017). There is a method todetermine whether a product contain trans fat or not. It is determined by checking in theingredients list the name of the hydrogenated fat as if it mentioned involves the trans fat ad if notthen in that case the product does not includes trans fat.Excess Calories:The taking of the excess calories will lead to rising of the level of the cholesterol in the body ofan individual. The excess intake of the calories results in gaining of weight that also leads to theLDL Cholesterol level and the blood glucose level. There is a requirement to maintain the levelof the calories in the human body for he purpose of maintaining the cholesterol and also thehealth.Dietary cholesterol: There is a description of the term dietary cholesterol. The term is very different and also animportant concept. The dietary cholesterol is basically the cholesterol that is basically obtainedfrom the food. There is a very slight effect of the dietary cholesterol on the blood cholesterol. The consumption of the fat and the carbohydrates will effects the blood cholesterol more than thedietary cholesterol. The effect of the present of the fat and the carbohydrates: The fat and the carbohydrates that isbasically present in the diet of an individual, results inaffecting of the cholesterol. The diet covering oily food, rich in fats and the carbohydrates3 affects the blood cholesterol in a negative manner. The saturated and the trans fact, which is,involved n the diet of the individual results in causing of the higher extent of the (LDL)Cholesterol. This can be reduced and maintained by eating fats which is helpful in balancing ofthe cholesterol by decreasing the level of LDL and also by increasing of the good (HDL)Cholesterol. There are various discoveries which have been made half a century ago and it is found that thecholesterol in he blood is related with the risk for the disease of the heart which is also triggeredto various warnings in order to maintain distance from the food which contains the cholesterol.The study found that eggs involvesthe cholesterol but the study of the science now proved thispoint that the consumption of the eggs on daily basis will not result to any heart disease nor itwill results in causing of the high cholesterol in the body. Consumption of egg affects the cholesterol: It is also found that the individuals who have some kind of the heart disease or diabetes shouldnot intake much egg consumption as will affect the health of the individuals. There arelargedebates, which takeplace in relation to the consumption of the egg (Cardenia, et. al., 2017).There are many scientific research which takes place on the consumption of the egg as it leads tothe rise in the level of the cholesterol or not. There are various researchers who have givendifferent views but in the end it is get concluded that for a normal person it is not riskier to takeconsumption of the eggs on the daily basis but on the other hand it is riskier for a person who isalready suffering from the heart disease so on the other side it is advised that the person withdiabetes or any other kind of the disease is required to avoid taking consumption of the egg. Foods to be avoided in order to control the cholesterol:There are various foods, which is required to be educed and also avoided in order to control thelevel of the blood cholesterol and for the enhancement of the health of an individual. The foodbasically covers the fried foods, meats, baked goods, dairy products and the deli meats. He foodin the diet is not at all good for the health of the person and if the person needs to maintain thelevel of the cholesterol in the body then in this case he must take care of the food covered in thediet. The mentioned food is required to be controlled. Foods that lower the cholesterol:4 There is a requirement to take the consumption of the foods, which results in lowering of thecholesterol in the human body. The food items involve the fatty fish, whole grains. The wholegrains involve the bread, pastas, cereals and the brown rice. The nuts and the seeds also results inmaintaining the level of the cholesterol in he human body and also effective in maintaining abalance in relation to health and the intake of the food. Consumption of the alcohol affects the cholesterol: The consumption of the alcohol on the routine basis affects the level of the cholesterol. Thedrinking of a small amount will not affect much the level but consumption taken place on a largescale will affect the level of the cholesterol on the human body (Ranabhat and Yadav, 2017). Inrelation to women the allowable alcohol is one drink on daily basis and in elation to the men it isalso some drink per day for the age group of less than sixty-five years and for the age groups ofmore than that the consumption level are two drinks on daily basis. The drinking on moderatebasis results in higher levels of the HDL cholesterol, which is stated by some of the experts(Ayyappa, et. al., 2017). Consumption of the Coconut affects the cholesterol: The consumption of the saturated fat, the coconut oil has been reflected in order to enhance thelevel of the HDL cholesterol that results in enhancing of the health of the cardiovascular. Theconsumption of the coconut oil basically affects the blood cholesterol as various researchers andthe experts depict it. The consumption of the Coconut oil on the routine basis affects the level ofthe cholesterol.Consumption of the Shrimp affects the cholesterol: The consumption of the Shrimp affects the level of the cholesterol in the human body. It affectson a larger extent (Kirzioglu, et. al., 2016). The intake of the Shrimp by an individual at approx.of 107 mg per three ounces of the serving of the Shrimp affects the cholesterol level. This leadsto rising of the level of the cholesterol twice as compared to steak. It s depicted and reflected insome of the popular news journals and the articles that individuals who are already facing withthe problem of the cholesterol should avoid taking Shrimp.
