Dubai is still maintaining investments in various areas like Real estate, environmental avenues, public affairs and economic growth. Dubai however makes lot of investment in Real Estate and likewise will introduce world's largest solar power project, which will be inaugurated at the expo 2020. Dubai has promised to make the city happiest by 2020 by launching 'Dubai Happiness Agenda' programme; which will have 82 projects. The expo will uphold creativity along with partnership globally. Dubai will also see rise in GDP as told by International Monetary Fund during this season.
Area
The site occupies 438- hectare area of land located midway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi; followed by three interconnected airport. For the Expo 2020 to go smoothly, the Government is ready to invest loads of money to strengthen the Emirate infrastructure. The Government has also said that there will be gradual increase in the revenue more than what they have invested if the Expo is a success. Between 2014-2020, the analyst have observed that there will be more than 150 billion foreign investments in the field of Real-estate, Hospitality and Tourism.
