PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
When we talk about performance management we talk about talents and skills, abilities to show that talents and achieve the inner energy and enthusiasm which we get by many ways in an organization. It can be internal or external. It helps to minimize the physical pain or physical pressure and it helps in maximizing the work rate. It is very much helpful in achieving the goal and it is necessary as well. Money is no matter for him but appreciation from his family is a best motivation from him.
Performance Appraisal Program ( Mixture of Monetary and Non Monetary benefit) : In this program Manger not only recognize the best performer, Average Performer and below average performer also define the bonus and appreciation certificate on a half yearly and yearly basis for the employees. Management defined certain criteria to measures the performance of the employees and also introduce the percentage for them.
Performance can be measured in the above following parameters of motivation through which one can perform well and the management can maintain the performance level of performance management. When the employees feel that they are very much skilled and professional then they follow the rules of performance management which describes about the achievements and goals of the company. It talks about the employee level of talents and also helps in understanding about the level of skills and talks about the management and also about the values and importance of the person.
Performance management has several advantages and various benefits which say about the goals and strategy of the company. It talks about the business results and also helps in understanding the financial as well motivated workforce and gains of the company.
The employees feel motivated and flexible in their areas of work and also they become more responsible in their job duties and responsibilities honestly and whole heartedly.
